Among them, the jet mill is composed of a spiral accelerator, a crushing chamber, a classification chamber, etc., using the huge kinetic energy contained in the high-speed airflow generated by the low-temperature and high-pressure gas through the specially configured supersonic nozzle, so that the materials collide with each other as the gas accelerates and impacts to achieve the purpose of crushing.

The medium gas of the jet mill mainly includes air, inert gas and superheated steam, etc., and it is required to be oil-free, dry, and the pressure is 0.8-1.2Mpa.

Main performance characteristics:

(1). Low energy consumption. Compared with the company's previous jet mills, it can save energy by 30-40%, and the output should be increased by 1/3.

(2). The compressed air passing through the freeze dryer is always kept in the set low temperature range, and the nozzle temperature is -50℃~-165℃, so it is especially suitable for the crushing of heat-sensitive and viscous materials.

(3). It is suitable for dry ultra-micro process, the air impact velocity can reach Mach 1~3.08. The equipment uses a closed-circuit pulverizing device, the material and the inner wall of the pulverizing cavity do not produce friction, so as to ensure the purity of the pulverized material without pollution .

(4). The equipment integrates crushing and grading, compact structure, low noise and no vibration. It can be continuously crushed and has high efficiency. Easy to disassemble and clean.

(5). The operation of the equipment is fully realized by man-machine interface and PLC automatic control to improve production
