激光表面处理:分为激光熔覆,激光淬火,激光焊接                      

       激光熔覆技术是指在被涂覆 机体表面上以不同得添料方式放置选择的涂层材料,经激光辐照使之和机体表面薄层同时熔化,快速凝固后形成稀释度极低与基体材料形成冶金结合的涂层,从而显著改善机体材料表面耐磨,耐热,耐腐蚀,抗氧化等性能的工艺方法。激光熔覆技术具有应用灵活,耗能小,热输入量低,引起的热变形小,不需要后续加工或者加工余量小,减少公害等优点。                                      

      激光淬火技术是指利用高能量密度的激光快速加热,使激光作用区的温度急剧升高,迅速达到奥氏体转变温度,然后在自身的快速冷却下转变成马氏体的热处理工艺,激光淬火技术即热速度极快,扫描加热可控性好,俩人可控性好,操作简单,工艺成本低。                    

      激光焊接是指以一种高能量密度的热源把工件瞬间熔化,形成特定的熔池,使之速冷的条件下达到焊接的性能,激光焊接可将入热量降到的需要量,热影响区金相变化范围小,所以热传导的变形量小,不需要填充材料,不需要使用电极,没有电极污染,可焊材质种类范围大,易于自动化进行高速焊接,不收磁场所影响,可以切换装置将激光束传至多个工作站。此工艺运用面广泛,以增强工件表面的耐磨,防腐,抗冲击,抗红热等级。以达到使用效果。
